Let's face it everyone is different. In this consultation we go over your intake paperwork, which includes your daily food regiment, work schedule, exercise/activities, stress level, sleep habits , medical history , food allergies medications and supplements.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 12 hours in advance . There will be a $20 late fee charged if not cancel or rescheduled with in the 12 hours notice . Thank you for you understanding.
